John (Johnny) Ormond

Ormond, John (Johnny) – 31st of January 2026, (Ballyfermot and formerly of Drimnagh), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of staff at St. James Hospital. Beloved husband of Catherine (Dolly) and loving father of John, Rory, Laura and Gary. Predeceased by his parents John and May and his brothers Patsy and Ronald. Johnny will be very sadly missed by his wife, sons and daughter, son-in-law Collie, daughters-in-law Catriona, Louise and Eve, grandchildren Jack, Eoin, Amy, Curtis, Kaitlin, Ellie, Lennon, Emma and Lucy, great grandchildren Gracie, Oliver and Elliott, his brother Thomas and sisters Loretto, Joan, Margaret, Rita and Aileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Johnny will be reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Ballyfermot on Wednesday the 4th of January from 3-5pm. Removal on Thursday morning the 5th of February to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Ballyfermot, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10:45am followed by cremation in Newlands crematorium.
