In his 92nd year peacefully at St. Mary's Nursing Home Galway with family members by his side. Predeceased by his parents Martin and Nora, his twin brother Tom, sisters Kathleen and Mary, brothers Bill and Davy and sisters-in-law.

Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his sister Ann, brothers Martin and Michael, sisters-in-law Vera and Phil, brother-in-law Bosco, nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces, former colleagues of Wimpey Construction worldwide, friends and neighbours.

May John's gentle soul rest in peace.

Funeral Arrangements

Sunday, 7th December, 2025

John will be reposing at the 'Cillín' within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna (H91 A2T7) from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m followed by Removal into the Church.

Monday, 8th December, 2025

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John at the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna (H91 A2T7) at 12 noon. Following Mass, John will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery, (H91 XW62).
