John Joseph (Joe) Durcan

The death has occurred of John Joseph (Joe) Durcan of Shanaghy Heights,

Ballina, Co. Mayo and formerly of Cloonaughill, Charlestown Co. Mayo.

Suddenly, at Mayo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Joe predeceased by his wife Kathleen, brother Christopher and grandsons Pauric and John.

Loving father of John, Ann Marie and Patricia and adored grandfather of Isabel, Sophia, Caoimhe and Michael. He will be sadly missed by his son, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, Pauric and Michéal, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home (Eircode F26 V274), Ballina, on Wednesday evening, 25th October, from 5:30pm with removal at 7:00pm to St Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina.

Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11:30am with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina for burial.
