Suddenly but peacefully at his residence.

Predeceased by his parents Mark and Mary, brothers Michael, Martin, Tommy and Paddy, sister Bridie, Mary, Kathleen, Philomena and Eileen.

John will be deeply regretted by his sisters Nora Canty (Canada), Peggy McGrath (New York) and Theresa Murray (Glasnevin), brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, good neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph's Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan (C15 C425) on Saturday from 4pm followed by removal at 5:15pm to arrive at St John the Baptist Church, Kilberry for 6pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday  at 12:30 noon which can be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f93-GWU1Ee4. Burial afterwards in Gibbstown Cemetery.

John's family would like to thank the Maree family who looked after John with great kindness.
