John KELLY

John Kelly of Brotherton, Graiguecullen, Carlow and formerly of Ballyhide, Co Carlow and Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, passed away peacefully on August 26th, 2025, at The Mater Private Hospital, Dublin.

Beloved father of Deirdre and Peter, husband of Margaret, adored grandfather of Amelia, Dylan, Meabh, Donagh and Ruairí, and cherished brother of Agnes, Jim, Peter and the late P.J and Marie.

He will be sadly missed by his loving son and daughter, daughter-in-law Lorraine, son-in-law Andy, grandchildren, sister and brothers, nieces and nephews, and by his wider family and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq., Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Thursday (August 28th) from 6pm concluding with Prayers at 7.30pm that evening. Removal from there on Friday morning at 10.30am to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Carpenter Bros Cremation Chapel, Shamrock Sq., arriving for Cremation Service at 12.45pm.
