Peacefully at his residence predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary Agnes. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving brothers and sisters, Tony, Tommy, Ray, Margaret, Patsy and Brenda, his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Tuesday from 4.pm until 8pm for family and close friends please.  Funeral cortege will leave his residence on Wednesday at 11am to arrive to St. Muredach's Cathedral for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Leigue Cemetery. Face coverings are strongly advised for Funeral Mass. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to : Palliative Care, c/o McGowan's Funeral Directors.

Due to current Government and HSE guidelines John's Funeral Mass will be private to family and close friends please.
