The death has occurred of
John Leahy
LEAHY (Dublin Hill & formerly of Marian Park, Blackrock, Cork): On May 6th, 2023, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital. JOHN (late of Irish Distillers), reunited with his beloved wife Breda (née Foley) who died recently, much loved father of John and Vincent, dear brother of May, Margaret, Ger, Ann and the late Helen, Michael, Larry and Liam and adored granddad of Stephanie, Charlie, Jason and Kelly.
Lovingly remembered by his family, daughters-in-law Susanne and Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: On Tuesday (May 9th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 3.00pm on Wednesday (May 10th) in St. Oliver’s Church, Ballyvolane which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
