John LEEN

LEEN, John (Harold’s Cross, Dublin and late of Abbeydorney, Co. Kerry) – December 12, 2018 (peacefully) at his daughter’s home. Beloved husband of the late Eileen, much loved Dad of Eamon and Maura, adored grandad of Bethany, Hannah, Daniel and Maria and brother of Rita and the late Kitty and Sr. Maria Goretti; deeply missed by his daughter-in-law Annette, son-in-law Mike, sisters-in-law Nora and Christina, brothers-in-law Willie, Jim and Charlie, nieces, nephews and his many relatives and friends.  Special thanks to the staff of Rowan Ward, Connolly Hospital for their wonderful care.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at his daughter Maura’s residence on Thursday (Dec. 13) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (Dec. 14) at 10am in the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, Harold’s Cross, followed by burial at Kilmashogue Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Blanchardstown Hospital Society.
