John Lennon

The death has occurred of John Lennon, Corlea, Ballybay on Wednesday, 22nd December 2021, peacefully at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by his loving family.  Predeceased by his father James. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his wife Moya, daughters Katie, Aoife and Shauna, son Joseph, mother Cassie, sisters Mary and Martina, brothers HughJoe and Seamus, sisters-in-law Ann, Michelle and Laura, brothers-in-law Pearse, John, Ciaran and Ozcan, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

May John’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home. House private, please.  Removal on Sunday, 26th December at 10.30am to arrive at the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Tullycorbet at 11am for Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. (Please adhere to current government and HSE Covid guidelines). Please note in view of Christmas day falling on Saturday and not having a funeral Mass for John on Christmas day, instead having it on Sunday the 26th at 11am,  the Mass scheduled for Ballintra at 11am this Sunday 26th has been cancelled.
