John Martin

Martin John, Ballintogher, Dromone, Oldcastle, Co. Meath, September 12th, 2024. We announce the sudden and peaceful passing of John Martin, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda. Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Margaret Martin, his brothers James, Joe and Chris, his sisters Bridget and Rose and his nephew Michael.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Concepta (Connie), his children Linda Jackson (Richard), Elaine (Patrick), Siobhan (Micheal), Michael (Olivia), Orla (Ronan) and Sean (Mary Ellen) and his grandchildren Siobhan and Kate, Charlotte and Eleanor, Alice, Saoirse, Luke and Alison, Rory and Lara, Fionn, Cushla and Odhran, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.

May John Rest in Peace

John will be reposing at Gibneys Funeral Home, Oldcastle (A82 D376) on Saturday, 14th September, from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Sunday 15th of September to St Mary’s Church Moylagh, Oldcastle, for Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. House private on Sunday morning.
