The death has occurred of
John (Maxi) McAlester Snr.
Peacefully in the kind and gentle care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda. Loving husband of Angela and cherished father of Gerard, Sean, Mark, Michael, Darren, Sandra and the late Andrew and Caroline. Predeceased by his son, daughter, parents Joe & Mary Kate, sisters May & Freda and brother Jimmy. Maxi will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, sons, daughter, adored grandchildren & great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brother Thomas, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, wonderful neighbours and by all who knew and loved him.

Reposing at his home for 2 o’clock on Wednesday. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30 to St Nicholas church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock. Thereafter to St. Patrick’s Cemetery for burial. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Niall E. Kehoe Dixons Funeral Directors T 0429334240

Angela and family would like to take this opportunity to thank most sincerely the doctors, nurses and staff of the East Boyne Ward, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for the wonderful care they gave Maxi during his illness.
