John passed away on Monday 6th January, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin - Loving husband of Rita and much loved father of Myrtle, Helen, Tommy, Noirin, Rita, Ian, Aileen and John. Sadly missed by his son in laws, daughter in law, 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, his sister Patricia, his nieces and nephews and his extended family and friends.Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Barbara and his sister June.

May he rest in peace.

 

John will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) from 4.00pm until 7.00pm this Thursday evening. and then to his home in Church Hill for private overnight wake.

Removal from family home Friday morning at 11.00am, at walking pace via Wentworth place to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town arriving for 11.30am Funeral Mass, which can also be viewed by clicking on John's Funeral Mass

followed by 12.45pm Cremation Service in McCrea's Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) for all those who wish to attend.
