The death has occurred of
JOHN MCCARTHY
McCarthy (Connolly Road, Ballyphehane, Cork) On May 2nd 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family at Cork University Hospital, JOHN (John Mac) (late of Irish Pioneer Works and late member of Nemo Rangers Hurling and Football Club) beloved son of the late Cornelius (Curly) and Ellen and dear brother of Margaret, Eileen, Kay, Rosarie, Nóra, Ann, Claire and the late Michael, Con, Jim and Marie. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law Pat, Jer, Noel and Frank, sister-in-law Romana, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Sullivans Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Saturday (3rd) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (5th) at 10.30am in Church of the Assumption, Ballyphehane which may be viewed on Link Here funeral afterwards to St. Jospeh’s Cemetery, Tory Top Road.
