JOHN McCARTHY

On 14th June 2020 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family following a short illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of Noelle (née Daly) and loving father of Eoin, Brenda (Drumgoole), Claire (Kelleher), Anne (McCarthy) and Brian. Father in law of Christine, Pete, Kevin, Sean and Olivia and loving grandad of Charlie, James, Harry, Roan, Sarah, Dillon, Jack, Fionn, Conor, Emily, Darragh, Laragh, Rachel and Millie. Sadly missed also by his sisters Anna, Noreen, Mary and Liz, brothers in law, sister in law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

While we would love to have everyone with us at this very sad time, in accordance with HSE and Government guidelines regarding restrictions on public gatherings, a private family Mass and funeral will take place during which John will be laid to rest in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Midleton. John will travel via Upper Road & Main Street, passing through Ballinacurra, on Tuesday 16th, then onto the church.

Mass will be available on the Midleton Parish Saorview channel at 10am on Tuesday 16th.

Please be sure to adhere to social distancing guidelines if forming a gathering along the route to the church.
