McCORMACK - Nov. 6, 2015 (peacefully) in the loving care of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, John, beloved husband of Irene, late of Donore Road, very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters Geraldine and Adrienne, sons John, Brian, Kevin and Robert, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, very special grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother William, sister Elizabeth, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross from Saturday. Funeral Mass on Monday in St. Teresa's Church, Donore Avenue, at 11am, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
