With a Gentle soul and kind heart John Mc Donagh Fanningstown, Crecora, Co Limerick.

Passed away peacefully on March 26th, 2026, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his loving wife Nancy.

Sadly, missed by his heartbroken family, sons Neil and Cathal, daughter Sinéad, adored grandfather of Kyle, Cian, Ben, Aaron, Rían, Ellie and great grandchild Beauden.

Sister Margaret and her husband Wally, brother David and his wife Carol, son-in-law Patrick, daughters-in-law, Niamh McDonald, and Niamh O Mahony, sister-in-law Josephine and her husband Jimmy, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours, and countless treasured friendships

Reposing at Ss. Peter and Paul's Church, Crecora (V94 EOCS) on Sunday, March 29th, from 4pm to 5.30pm.

Requiem Mass Monday March 30th, at 11.30am followed by burial to Taylor’s Cross Cemetery Fedamore.

The Mc Donagh family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff the ICU department, University Hospital Limerick, for their exceptional care compassion and support shown to John in his final days.
