The death has occurred of John McGetrick of Cornageeha, Sligo, at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
John, predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen, son Martin, grandson Fionn and brothers Charlie and Pat.
Loving father of Michael (Athlone), Máire (Leitrim) and Siobhán (Dublin).
He will be sadly missed by his son, daughters, daughters-in-law Carol and Jacqueline, sons-in-law Patrick and Paul, grandchildren Orla, Ciara, Sinead, Cian, Katie, Oisín, Diarmuid, Fiachra, Roisín, Maebh, Aoife and Daniel, sisters Mary and Una (USA), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGowan’s Crematorium and Funeral Home, Collooney, Co. Sligo (F91 AKW5) on Friday 5th December from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Funeral will arrive at St. John’s Church, Carraroe, Sligo on Saturday 6th December at 12:00pm for Requiem mass with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.
