McKAY John (Castleknock, Dublin and formerly Summerhill, Co Meath) October 24th 2024 (peacefully) after a long illness surrounded by his devoted family at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. John, beloved husband of the late Mary and dear father of Patricia, Angela, Susan and the late infant Declan. Proud grandad of Katie, Sarah, Jayne, Ashling, Julianne, Matthew, Alex, Patrick, Jonathan and Rebecca. Predeceased by his brother Noel and sister Bridie. Sadly missed by his loving family, sister Theresa, sons-in-law Ken Nyhan, Gary Clarke and P.J O’Donnell. He will always be fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at his home/daughter Patricia’s residence on Tuesday evening (29th October) from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock on Wednesday morning (30th October) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00 am followed by burial in Dangan Cemetery, Summerhill, Co. Meath.
