The death has occurred of
JOHN McMAHON
JOHN MCMAHON (Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork and formerly of Knockjames, Tulla, Co. Clare and Rathfarnham, Dublin). On February 1st, 2026 in his 95th year, peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff in the Acute Stroke Unit of the Cork University Hospital.
Beloved husband of the late Marie (née Jenkins) and deeply missed by his loving son and daughters Enda, Sheila, Nuala and Maeve. Also sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Imelda, sons-in-law Frank and Michael, grandchildren Eoin, Fergal, Donagh, Ciarán, Niamh, Diarmaid, Ailbhe, Tadhg, Lorcan, Áine and Derinn, great-grandchildren Iarlaith and Sadhbh, sister Teresa, brother-in-law Sam, sisters-in-law Mary and Maura, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May John Rest In Peace.
Reception into St. Mary’s Church, Carrigtwohill on Wednesday 4th for 12pm Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carrigtwohill.
