Peacefully after a short illness at the Mayo Hospice Castlebar surrounded by his loving family on the 21st September 2024.

Predeceased by his sons Michael and Ian, brother Barney and sisters Breege and Rose.


John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Anna. Children Rosaleen, Desmond, Eileen, Derek & Anita.
Loving grandchildren, sons in law, daughter in law. Brothers Andy (Belmullet), James Donegal), sisters Kathleen & Ann (Donegal).
Brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends & neighbours.

Remains reposing at his residence (F26 W2 97) on Monday 23rd September from 3 o clock until 8 o clock.
House private at all other times please

Funeral will arrive to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet on Tuesday for mass at 1 o clock.
Burial afterwards in Emlybeg Cemetery.
