The death has occurred of
JOHN MOLLOY
Molloy (Hillcrest, Kilmoney Road Upper, Carrigaline and formerly of Dungarvan, Co. Waterford) On July 27th 2023, suddenly at his home, JOHN (30th August 1951 – 27th July 2023) (former detective Sergeant, An Garda Siochana). So deeply mourned by his beloved darling Eileen and his and Eileen’s children and their spouses Caitriona – Brian, Odhran-Isla, Diarmuid – Kate and John Paul – Mary, Ciara-Ian, Alan-Natalie, Tom-Diane and Michael. John’s love, care and fun for our grandchildren has no end. For Grace, Mia, Caelan, Michael, Hettie, Emily, Kate and Lucy, they must part with their gentle, kind and generous grandad and their great pal and ally. John is survived and deeply regretted by his brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, along with Eileen’s extended family, his Garda Colleagues, neighbours and friends far and near.
John will repose at his home in Hillcrest (P43AN24) on Sunday (30th) from 2.00pm until 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (31st) at 12.00noon in Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
