MURPHY (Glasheen, Cork): On November 29th, 2021, peacefully, in the excellent care of BishopsCourt Nursing Home JOHN (late of Glasheen School), beloved husband of Kathleen (née Dullea), wonderful dad of Adrienne, and Fiachra and adored grandad of Ciara, Iarla, Cillian and Amelie and dear brother of Peg O’Mahony, Chris Brophy, Ita O’Shaughnessy and the late Mary and Paddy.

Deeply mourned by his loving wife and family, grandchildren, sisters, daughter-in-law Emer, son-in-law James,  brother-in-law Flor and his wife Eileen, nieces, nephews, his many friends, neighbours in particular Dr. Teddy Murphy.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh.O’Connor Ltd: On Tuesday (November 30th) from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 2.00pm on Wednesday (December 1st) in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough which can be viewed on
