John Murphy

Murphy John, (late of Greenhills and formerly Brannockstown, Co. Kildare), 5th March, 2026; passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the kind care of the staff of The Residence Nursing Home, Citywest. Beloved husband of Ann and loving dad of Michael, Fergus, Paul, Dermot, Gerard, Shane, David and his late baby son John

John will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, grandchildren Dan, Stephen, Gary, Killian, Scott, Tom, Lena, Celina, Charlene, Cian, Adam, Luke, Leah, Josh and Layla, great grandchildren Raya, Rowan, Sophia, Issabella, Juliette, Seán and Ava, daughters-in-law Sarah, Verona, Ezster, Nadja, Mary and Elaine, Shane’s partner Suzanne, Leah and Lukes mam Alice, Killian and Scott’s mam Laurence, sister-in-law Marie, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Sunday (8th March) from 1pm to 3pm.

 

Funeral Mass on Monday (9th March) at 10am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery.
