John O’Boyle Doonfore, Ballinfull, Co. Sligo – January 28, 2026, Peacefully, in the excellent care of the nurses and staff at Sligo University Hospital. Dearly loved and always remembered by Louise, Megan, David, Eoin, Sarah and Sophie. Sadly missed by his extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGloin’s Funeral Home Cliffoney (Eircode F91N880) on Friday the 30th January from 5pm to 7pm. John’s funeral will arrive at St Patrick’s church Maugherow for Requiem mass on Saturday the 31st January at 10 am. Cremation service will take place at 1pm in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan. Anyone wishing to offer their sympathies can do so on the condolence section below.
