John O'Brien
O’Brien (Castle Avenue, Muskerry Estate, Ballincollig)
On January 12th 2024, peacefully in the loving and tender care of the staff at Marymount Hospital and Hospice, John, predeceased by his beloved son Damian. Dearly missed by his loving wife Phil (née O’Toole) and devoted daughter Tara, son-in-law Gearóid, daughter-in-law Ann, grandchildren Cormac, Donnacha, Neasa, Tomás and Enya, sister Angela, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends, particularly John’s lifelong Rugby friends in Ballincollig R.F.C. and Munster Branch IRFU.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig Sunday (14th) from 5pm to 6pm for visitation. Requiem Mass at 12 noon Monday (15th) in the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig. Cremation to follow at a later date.
