O’DONOGHUE, John, Bailieborough Road, Virginia, Co. Cavan (formerly Dublin).March 6th, 2025 (peacefully, surrounded by his family)

Beloved husband of the late Maureen. Loving father of Paul, Sean, Ray, Caitriona and Karl. Cherished grandfather to one grandson and thirteen granddaughters. Dear brother of Margaret and the late PJ.

John will be sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Niamh, Audrey and Ros, son-in-law Paul, brothers-in-law Sean and Tim, sister-in-law Rosemary, as well as his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbors, his wonderful carers, and his many, many friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home on Bailieborough Road, Virginia (A82 XY77), on Sunday evening from 4 pm to 6 pm. Removal on Monday morning to Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 am, followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery, Dublin.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.
