John O'Donoghue

The death has occurred of John O'Donoghue, Brisbane, Australia and formerly of Rath, Caherdaniel, Co.Kerry and New Quay, Co.Clare. John passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Brisbane, Australia after a brave and admirable battle with Motor Neuron Disease. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Maureen. John will be forever missed by his three daughters Katie, Sinéad and Aoife, and their mum Catherine, his granddaughter Gracie Grá and his son in laws Keith and Nick.

John will also be deeply missed by his nine siblings, Sean, Tom, Joan, Eddie, Mary, Patrick, Michael, Ann and Breda, his brother and sister in laws, Christine, Davy, Eileen, Jerry, Colette, Mary, Pat and Conor, his aunts Tess (Melbourne, Australia) and Kathleen (Stevenage, UK) nieces and nephews , grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, neighbours, extended family and a large circle of dear friends.

Funeral service will be held in Brisbane on Friday 17th at 9 30am Australian time (AEST).

A mass will be held in Caherdaniel Church on Saturday, the 15th of June, at 12 noon in memory of John.
