In his 97th year, originally from Sherkin Island, West Cork, with great sadness we lay our beloved father John to rest. John will be sadly missed by his daughters Helen, Shirley and Marie, his devoted grandchildren Jenny, Emily and Patrick, his sons in law Juergen and Jo, his sister in law Anna and her husband Alan, cousins, carers and friends. John was beloved by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

John will be reposing at McCrea's Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) on this Wednesday evening 30th April from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

Then reposing in Hurley & O'Sullivan's Funeral Home, Skibbereen, Co. Cork (P81A996) Thursday evening form 6.00pm to 7.30pm.

Removal Friday to the Sacred Heart Church, Rath, arriving at 11.45am for 12.00 noon Funeral Mass, which can also be viewed http://Skibbereenandrath.ie (live service only),

followed by interment in Sherkin Island graveyard at 1.30pm.
