JOHN O'HANRAHAN

The death has occurred of John O'Hanrahan, Gortnalon Monaree, Nenagh and late of Glenacunna, Ballyporeen. He died peacefully on December 3rd, 2025, at Limerick University Hospital, surrounded by family. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Bridie; his sister Jo; brothers David, Edward, and Richard; and Johnny Clerihan. John will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Aine and Siobhain; grandchildren Sarah Mai and John; sister Teresa; brothers James and Noel; Aine's partner Joe; his great friends Harry and Sinead; and his many kind relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dilis

The reposing will occur at Ryans' Funeral Home, Nenagh, this Friday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. His remains will arrive at St. Mary of the Rosary Church, Nenagh on Saturday for a requiem mass at 1.00 PM, followed by burial in Lisboney, New Cemetery. A livestream of the mass will be available in the link below. It will also be available to be listened to on FM Radio 106.2.

John's family would like to thank the staff at the University Hospital Limerick for the great professionalism and kindness shown to John during his illness.
