John O'Leary

John O’Leary, Faha West, Adrigole, Beara, Co.Cork on the 13th November 2025, peacefully passed away in the exceptional care of the staff in Castletownbere Community Hospital, after an illness borne with dignity. Beloved son of the late Jim & Mary O’Leary and predeceased by his brother Timmy. Deeply mourned by his brother James, sister Rea, brother-in-law Mick, his loving nieces Carol, Deirdre, Michelle & Breeda and their extended families, friends and neighbours.

Reposing In Harrington’s Funeral Home, Castletownbere on Sunday (16th November) from 4pm - 6pm followed by removal to St.Fachtna’s Church in Adrigole.

Requiem mass will take place on Monday (17th) at 11am followed by burial in Kilcaskin Cemetery.

John’s family would like to thank all the staff at Castletownbere Community Hospital for the love, care and kindness shown to John and his family, it is very much appreciated.
