John Oliver Fleming

Gneeveguilla, Kerry

On 26th August 2025, John Oliver Fleming, Gneeveguilla Village, Rathmore, Co. Kerry (P51 E640) passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family under the exceptional care of the Skellig Ward, in UHK, Tralee.

 

Oliver is pre-deceased by his loving son Shane, parents John & Catherine, sister Eileen & her husband Paddy Sheehan, his brother Cornelius, brother-in-law Dan C. Daly & his wife Susan, brother-in-law Jerry Moynihan, & sister-in-law Margaret O’Callaghan.

 

Oliver will be sorely missed by his much loved wife Eileen (nee Daly), son Timothy & daughter Norrina, daughter in law Marie, grandchildren Tadhg Oliver & Laoise, his brothers Liam, David & Ray, sister Kathleen, sisters-in-law Josie, Catherine, Marie & brother-in-law Seamus, Daly sisters-in-law, Nono, Anne, Sr. Eilish, Hannah Mary & their husbands Dan Joe McCarthy, Den Joe Brosnan, Con O’Callaghan, nieces & nephews. Oliver will be deeply missed by his extended family, neighbours & large circle of friends.

Reposing at St. Bridget’s Funeral Home, Gneeveguilla (P51 AH96) on Thursday, August 28th, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

 

Oliver’s funeral cortege will depart his residence on Friday morning, August 29th, at 10:15am for his Requiem Mass at 11:00am, in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Gneeveguilla, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Family flowers only please.
