The death has occurred of
John O'Mahony
O’MAHONY (St. Mary’s Place, off Cathedral Road, Cork) on December 17th 2015, after a long illness bravely bourne with great courage and dignity, in the presence of his loving family and in the dedicated care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, JOHN (late Upholsterer and Northern United Harriers), devoted husband of Margaret, much loved Dad of Michelle. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his loving wife, daughter, grandchildren, brother Denis, sister Catherine, son-in-law Tomás, brother-in-law Ger, sisters-in-law, nephews, niece, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.
Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on Friday evening at 5.45pm followed by removal to the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 10.00am. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s New Cemetery, Curraghkippane.
