The death has occurred of
John O'Reilly
O’REILLY (Riverview Estate, Ballyvolane and formerly of Whitechurch, Cork): On March 6th, 2025, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family at the Cork University Hospital, JOHN (Former Director of Hickeys Maylor Street and founding member of Whitechurch GAA), dearly beloved husband of Mary (née O’Callaghan), much loved father of Paul and Sharon (O’Sullivan), adored granddad “John Boy” of Michael, Colin, Kieran, Lucy, Iseult and Seán, dear brother of the late Noreen, Maura, Michael and Dermot.
Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, daughter-in-law Deirdre, son-in-law Joe; Alicia, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of work colleagues and friends.
Reposing at the Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. On Saturday (March 8th) from 4.00pm to 5.00pm
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (10th March) in Church of the Annunciation, Blackpool which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to Dun Bolg Cemetery.
