John O’Reilly of Shankill, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, 2 August 2025, in the Mater Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by his loving family and lifelong friend Larry. Beloved husband of Eileen, much loved father of Seán, Gavan and Emmet, lovingly remembered by his daughter-in-law Anne-Marie, Seán’s partner Ciara, and by his extended family and friends.

Reposing in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Monday, 4 August from 15:00-17:00. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, 5 August at 11:00 in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park, Ballycorus Road. Family flowers only please.
