The death has occurred of
John O'SHEA
O’SHEA, John (Ballyboden and formerly of Kilkenny). Retired Deputy Principal of St. Mac Dara’s Community College, Templeogue. Peacefully, in the presence of his loving family on the 13th of November 2023, in the care of the staff at the Marlay Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Eileen and much-loved father of Deirdre, Nuala, Brian, Eimear and Seán. Predeceased by his brothers Francis and James and his sister Mary. John will be sadly missed by his wife Eileen, children, his cherished grandchildren Aoife, Aidan, Sophie-Tara, Aideen, Kevin, Sinéad, Francesca, Caitríona, Clodagh, Sarah, Ellen, and Caoimhe and great-grandson Enzo, brothers Gerard and Dermot, sisters Eleanor, Anne and Imelda, sons-in-law Kevin, Terrel and Tom, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, Brian’s partner Adriana, and extended family, neighbours, friends and former colleagues.

John will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, D16 VO46, on Thursday evening (November 16th) from 5pm to 7pm with family in attendance. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Ballyboden, D16 W263, arriving for 11am Mass, followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery, Edmondstown Road.
