John O'Shea (The Captain)

The sudden passing from this life has occurred of John O'Shea (The Captain) at Oaklodge Nursing Home, Churchtown, South Cloyne, Co. Cork. Son of the late Timothy and Margaret, brother of the late Pad and Nellie (Daly), brother in law of the late Mick Daly and uncle of the late Theresa and Kieran. Sadly missed by his brother Aidan, sister Joan (Harte), brother in law Tom Harte, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, his nephew and shipmate Paulie, relatives, neighbours, friends and his beloved and loyal cats Goldie, Tom and Whitey.

Relatives, Neighbours and Friends can visit the Funeral Home of T. Wallis and Sons Riverside Way Midleton Co. Cork P25Yr22 from 4.30pm to 6pm om Tuesday, 5th September 2023.

Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday, 6th September 2023, at 11.30am in St. Mary's Church, Ladysbridge, Co.Cork. Burial afterwards in Bohillane Cemetery.
