John Phelan

Shangort Park, Knocknacarra, Galway

and formerly of Toureen, Ballysimon, Limerick.

Pre-deceased by his parents Jim and Agnes, brother Denis

and sister-in-law Noreen (Morgan).

John will be deeply mourned by his beloved wife Sheila, and by his adored daughter Ciara and her mother Doreen.

John will be forever remembered and greatly missed by his loving family, his sisters Mary (Hennessy) and Deborah (O’Brien), brothers Jimmy and Nicholas, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in St. Anthony's Room within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, Galway, on Monday 8th September from 5 p.m. Removal at 7 p.m. into the Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John on Tuesday 9th September at 12noon. A private cremation service will take place in Shannon Crematorium.
