John Quinn

The death has occurred of John Quinn, No. 23 O’Duffy Terrace, Ballybay and formerly Lantur, Ballybay, Co.Monaghan, Thursday November 9th peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Cavan General Hospital.

John, predeceased by his wife, Dympna and son-in-law Ciaran Lavelle. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his family, sons John, Micheal and Niall daughters Angela, Sharon, Antoinette and Valerie (Niall), sons in-law Michael and Cathal daughters in-law, Pauline, Teresa and Fiona, sisters in law, his 19 cherished grandchildren and 16 adored great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May John’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace

John will repose at Ward's Funeral Home, Ballybay, A75 H585, on Sunday afternoon from 12 noon until prayers at 7pm. John's funeral cortège will travel from his family home (O’Duffy Terrace) on Monday afternoon at 1:30pm (proceeding on foot) to arrive at St Patrick's Church, Ballybay, for funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Ballybay Cancer Society and the Camphill Community Ballybay c/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box. House private please, by request.
