John Raftery

John Raftery (Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and formerly of Fairhill, Menlough, Co. Galway). Retired Sergeant An Garda Siochana, peacefully in Tallaght Hospital surrounded by his loving wife & family. John will be sadly missed by his dearly beloved wife Margaret and loving family Eugene, Loyola, Sean and Caitríona. sons in law John & Mark, daughters in law Pamela & Anna, grandchildren Abby, Dáire, Chloe, Robyn, Ben, Finn, Liam, Erika, Dylan, Quinn, Tessa and Niamh, his brother Tommy and sister Mary, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends & neighbours. Predeceased by brothers Eugene & Benny.

Reposing at his home on Sunday 3pm to 6pm. Removal on Monday morning to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin arriving for funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery. If you would like to view John’s Funeral Mass, please click here.
