John RUANE

RUANE (DunLaoire, Co. Dublin, late of Straide, Co. Mayo and former An Garda Siochana) - April 18, 2021, peacefully at home, following a long illness. John, beloved husband of Margaret (Peggy) and loving father of Emer. He will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter, son-in-law Pat, his grandchildren Daniel, Joe, Sarah, David and Anna, his brothers Joe and Tony, sister Vera, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his sisters Mary (Coyle), Nancy (Byrne), Angela (Keane) and his brothers Tommy and Mick.

In accordance with current Government guidelines and in the hope of keeping our friends and family safe, John’s Funeral will take place privately on Wednesday April 21, at 10.45am but can be viewed online at https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/holy-family-parish-1 followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Blackrock Hospice.
