With great sadness we announce the passing of John Russell, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family in his 93rd year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Nancy (née Doughty). John's passing is deeply regretted and he will be forever sadly missed by his loving sons, Tom (Emma) and Charlie, his adored grandchildren John and Erin, his dear brothers Andy (Betty) Coolgreaney, Wexford and Paddy (Teresa) Navan, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May John Rest In Eternal Peace

John will be reposing this evening Wednesday at The Village Chapel Of Rest, Mullagh, A82DE28 from 5pm to 8pm. Removal from his home on Thursday morning to arrive at The Church of The Assumption, Moynalty for Requiem Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

The Russell family wish to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Meath Palliative Care, The O'Connell Family Practice and John's Homecare Team for all the love, support and care shown to John.
