The death has occurred of
John Scanlan
On the 16th November 2023, peacefully in Bantry General Hospital. JOHN, beloved husband of Carrie and loving father of Miriam and Susan. Sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law Jim and Michael, grandchildren Maeve, James, Clare, Catherine, Lucy, Eoin, Patrick, Rose, Conor, Barry, Kevin, Aidan, Anthony and Maggie, relatives and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at home (Eircode P75 W224) on Sunday, 19th November, from 5pm to 7pm. Traditional Requiem Mass on Monday, 20th November, at 12 noon in St. Finbarr’s Church, Bantry, (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
