John (Seán) Flynn

Seán died peacefully on Wednesday 30 April, 2025, in the wonderful care of the staff at Moycullen Nursing Home.

Beloved husband of Ellen and much loved father of Paul, Owen, Martin and Naomi. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife, daughter and sons and their partners, his adored grandchildren Kevin, Mandy, Jamie, Christopher, Adam and Eric, the extended Flynn and Clabby family, neighbours, friends and his former colleagues in the Irish Defence Forces.

Monday 5 May, 2025

Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Removal at 6:00 p.m. to St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road.

Tuesday 6 May, 2025

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Seán at 11.00 a.m. Private cremation to follow.
