John (Seánie) O'Callaghan

O’CALLAGHAN (Togher & formerly of Blackpool, Cork): Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, in the kind care of Naas General Hospital, JOHN (SEÁNIE) (Retired plasterer), loving and much loved husband of Chrissie (née Wolfe), cherished Dad of Austin (Kildare), William (Sligo) and John (Christchurch, New Zealand), dear brother of Breda, Marie, Rose and the late Frank and Gus.

 

Sadly missed by his wife, children, Austin’s partner Amanda, William’s wife Regina, John’s wife Mary, his five cherished grandchildren Rachel, Luke, Adam, David and Seán, in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

 

Reposing at Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh O’Connor Ltd; on Sunday (March 29th) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (March 30th) in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough which can be viewed

here.

 

Funeral afterwards to St. John’s Cemetery, Ballinrea.
