The death has occurred of
John (Seano) Coughlan
COUGHLAN (Cork) On 4th March 2026, peacefully at home, in the presence of his loving family, JOHN (SEANO), Gurranabraher Avenue and late of YCY and Mercy University Hospital. Devoted husband and best friend of Gretta (nee Hosford), loving Dad of Niall and Gillian, cherished granda of Ryan, Cian, Ellie and Katie, brother of the late Maurice, David and Tigh, and brother-in-law of the late Paddy and Con Hosford.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, family, Niall’s partner Norma, Gillian’s partner Damien, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Friday (March 6th) from 11.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday (March 7th) at 10.00am in the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher followed by private Cremation for family only.
