The death has occurred of
JOHN (SONNY) COTTER
Cotter (Greenwood Estate, Togher and late of Lehina, Bandon) On March 3rd 2026, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Marymount, John (Sonny) (late of Cork Examiner Office) beloved husband of the late Rosaleen (née Mulholland) and dear father of Bernadette, William, Jackie, Margo and Róisín. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, South Gate Bridge on Thursday (5th) from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (6th) at 11:00am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough which may be viewed here (Link Here). Funeral service at The Island Crematorium at 1:00pm on Friday which may be viewed here (Link Here).
