Peacefully at home, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his father and mother, Patrick and Hannah, sisters Maragaret, Joan and Meryl (Mary), brothers-in-law Edward (Neddie) and Jerry.

He will be deeply missed by his family, devoted wife Mary (née Flanagan), children Teresa, Patrick, Catherine, Thomas, Hannah, Caroline, John, Colette, Oliver and Aidan, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and partners, sisters Nora (Dwan) and Kitty, brother-in-law Liam (Dwan), nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Monday 6th of October from 5pm to 7pm.

Arriving at Holycross Abbey on Tuesday 7th of October at 11am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
