John Walsh

Peacefully at University College Hospital Galway on August 16th 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Brodie & Bea Walsh and his nephew Patrick Hopkins.

 

John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Maureen (nee Munnelly) daughter Karen and son Sean, daughter in law Corinna, granddaughters Ellie & Naoise. His sisters Mary Hopkins (Westport), Ann McIntyre (Charlestown), Breege Walsh (Mayo Abbey) & Edel (Castlebar), brothers Gerard & Bob (Westport), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends

Reposing at McGing's Funeral Home, Westport (F28 RX58) on Friday (August 18th) from 5:00pm with removal at 6:30pm to St. Mary's Church, Westport. Requiem Mass on Saturday (August 19th) at 11:00am with the funeral proceeding to Aughavale Cemetery.
