John William (Willie) Cunningham
The passing from this life has occurred of John William (Willie) Cunnigham Roche's Point Whitegate. Co. Cork and Ballyelane Cobh. Co. Cork. peacefully in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice. Former Teacher and Principal of St. Colman's CC. Midleton. Co. Cork. Beloved husband of Geraldine (nee Ryan) and loving father of Deirdre (Haughey), John and Brian. Brother of Noel and the late Stephanie (Wall). Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, brother, sister in law Margaret, son in law Padraig, adoring grandchildren Maia, Liam and Sophia, nephews and nieces Liam, Michael, Sinead, Brenda, Brigid and Michael and their respective partners, extended family, dear neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May John William (Willie) Rest in Peace.
Willie's wishes have been carried out on his passing from this life to be donated to UCC Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience for Medical Research.
There will be a celebration of Willie's life on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 11.00am in St. Erasmus Church, Aghada, Co Cork.
