It is with great sadness that John’s family share the news of his death on Friday, April 5, 2024, following a sudden illness, at Galway University Hospital. Predeceased by his wife Mary (née McGuinness). He will be missed by his sons John and Brian, his daughters Annette and Valerie and his grandchildren Kevin, Isabel and Max.

Reposing at “Áras Naofa” within the grounds of the Church of St Oliver Plunkett, Renmore, on Monday, 8 April, from 5.30 pm with Removal at 6.30 p,m. to the adjacent church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John on arrival at the Church on Monday at 6.45 p.m. approximately followed by private cremation.

May his soul rest in peace.
